GPFL Host Cities

We are pleased to announce the 20 cities that will each host one of the inaugural Global Premier Football League (GPFL) club.

“What better time than the beginning of the World Cup to make the monumental announcement,” said Global Premier Football League founder, Dwayne Barlow. “The eyes of the world are on our wonderful sport. Hopefully the eyes of the football world will be diverted, for a bit, as we congratulate all the cities that were in the running, but especially the final 20. Well done everyone!”

The countdown now begins for the announcement of the Global Premier Football League’s clubs. “We have our 20 cities, but we actually need some teams to take part in the first ever GPFL,” said Barlow. “We’ll let the World Cup play out, then will kick back into life as we launch the names and logos of our clubs. If your city made it this far, what do you think their name should be? What ideas do you have for their logo? How ’bout their colours and playing kit?

“There’s a lot of cool stuff still to come. We’ve only just begun!”
