London

Our #AtoZChallenge has played out.

“We had a bit of fun, for the best part of a month, exploring the globe and rolling out a new potential Global Premier Football League host each day,” said Dwayne Barlow, Global Premier Football League (GPFL) founder. “It was interesting. Who knew, for instance, that Ulaanbaatar even knew what football is? I didn’t.”

What now? We start getting down to business.

On October 30, 2022 we will announce the 40 cities in the running to host one of the first 20 GPFL clubs.

Then, on November 19, 2022 we will reveal the FINAL 20!

Which cities will make the cut? Will your favourite be involved?

Find out how we’ll select our GPFL hubs and why we’re even doing this.

Building interest

The GPFL platforms are active. “You can find us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We got these channels up and running via the #AtoZChallenge and, while they haven’t quite got the reach we’d like just yet they are alive. Which is a start,” says Barlow.

The Global Premier Football League team is keen to speak with organisations interested in our concept. “Hopefully, once we’ve built up a bit of buzz around the GPFL, we’ll start to attract some support, build a fan base, then get the attention of people who can help us grow. We’re on the lookout for partners who share our interests and can identify with our vision.”
